Safety is the foundation of everything we do. Regardless of discipline or experience, all members are trained to the highest standards to ensure their own safety and that of those around them.
The club has three qualified NSRA Range Officers on hand, with plans to increase that number. Every new member—whether they hold a Firearms Certificate or are brand new to shooting—must complete the club’s Safety Training Programme before being considered for full membership.
Ongoing compliance with club rules and regulations is essential. Range officers are always present to supervise, and full safety briefings take place before every shooting activity. This approach ensures Tain RPC remains one of the safest and best-managed shooting environments in the region.
